Sign in to your account by clicking the MY ACCOUNT button at the top of this page or click here.
Note, if you do not have an email address associated with your account, you will need to activate your online account. Click ‘Activate’ on the Sign-in window, enter your email address, account number and create a password.

Once you are signed in to your account, your account will appear on the left side of your screen. If it does not, click the yellow circle icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Scroll down and view your account settings, subscriptions and invoices associated with your account.
UPDATE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Unfortunately, you are unable to change your email within your online account. If you would like to change your email address, please contact our customer service team today.
UPDATE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS
You can change your name and mailing address associated with your account. Click the EDIT button that you see below your mailing address, make the necessary changes and click SUBMIT.
ADD OR UPDATE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Under Payment Source section, click the UPDATE PAYMENT SOURCE button, enter your credit card number, expiration date and CVC code and click SUBMIT.
VIEW ACCOUNT BALANCE
Below Payment Source, you will find your Account Balance. If you have an amount owing, you can make a payment by clicking PAY NOW.
Enter in your credit card number, expiration date and CVC code and click SUBMIT. Your payment will be applied to your account.
TURN OFF AUTO-RENEW
Under Subscriptions, find the plan for which you would like to turn off the auto-renewal. Click TURN OFF AUTO-RENEW and you will be asked to confirm this choice. Click OK.
You can view all invoices attached to your account by scrolling to the bottom section of your Account. To download and view a particular invoice, simply click DOWNLOAD INVOICE.
