Sign in to your account by clicking the MY ACCOUNT button at the top of this page or click here.

Note, if you do not have an email address associated with your account, you will need to activate your online account. Click ‘Activate’ on the Sign-in window, enter your email address, account number and create a password.

Once you are signed in to your account, your account will appear on the left side of your screen. If it does not, click the yellow circle icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Scroll down to the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account, locate the subscription you would like to renew and tap the yellow RENEW button.

If you do not see the RENEW button, your subscription is on Auto-Renew. You can leave it as is and it will automatically renew at the current level.

However, if you would like it to renew at a different membership level, TURN OFF auto-renew and the RENEW button will appear.

Choose the level of membership at which you would like to renew and continue through the payment steps.

If you received a PROMO CODE with your renewal notice, ensure to enter and apply it on the payment page.
